Package itinerary
DAY 1 – FLIGHT from Istanbul for PAMUKKALE TOURThis tour program starts with pick up from Hotel in Istanbul, flight to Denizli (Cardak Airport) for a full day Pamukkale Tour .
06:30 flight from Istanbul to Denizli Cardak airport.
07:40 Arrival to airport, meet at airport and transfer to Pamukkale and continue for the tour.
Pamukkale the beautiful, cascading, snow-white terraced cliff-side basins and waterfalls famous for the healing properties of their thermal mineral baths. Lunch at a local restaurant. Hierapolis, an ancient Hellenistic and Roman city. See the magnificently preserved and vast Necropolis of the ancient Hellenistic world, Roman basilica baths, Domitian gate, latrines, Agora, Colonnaded street, Byzantine Gate, Roman fountains, and Grand Theatre ,as well as other monuments at the site.
After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel at around 17:30. Overnight in Kusadasi.
DAY 2 – EPHESUS TOUR (Including Lunch)
Tour Highlights : House of Mother Mary, Ephesus Ancient City, Isa Bey Mosque, Temple of Artemis, Sirince
Pick up from hotel around 09:00 am
First we will visit Artemis Temple, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, standing today next to Ephesus antique city. Then we will drive to Ephesus. Ephesus was one of the most important harbor cities in antique world and also it is mentioned in the book of Revelations as one of the seven churches. Also Celsus Library and theater in Ephesus are the other highlights. In Ephesus we will see, Celcus Library, Temple of Hadrian, the fountain of Trajan and the Theater. We will have lunch in a local Turkish restaurant and drive to Virgin Mary’s house. This place is discovered by Lazarist priests after a German nun described the house and the mountain as the last residence of Virgin Mary after she had some visions about the place. Today this place is a Muslim and Catholic, being cared by Lazarist Fathers. Lazarist Fathers still celebrating the mass every day. The last stop of the tour will be the village of Sirince which is only 15 minutes from Ephesus. You will enjoy the impressive wine yards along with the cultural and historical village houses of the area.
16:00 End of the tour. Drive back to Izmir Airport for evening flight to Istanbul...
Upon your arrival at Airport our representative will meet you and transfer you to hotel.
